Request- Avery Sailor Form

I am SO sorry it took me so long to finish this! TnT;; I've not been feeling my best lately...
So anyway, this piece is for , who asked me to do a drawing of her main character, Avery. I wanted to have some fun with the design, so I took a picture of Avery in her royal wear and turned it into a sort of Sailor outfit. And since it's mentioned on her profile page that she uses fans as weapons, I threw that in there too. >n< I know the background's not that good, but I didn't know what to do for it and I was tired of putting it off.
